Bio:
Meissen, founded in 1710, is Europe’s oldest porcelain manufactory and is renowned for its high level of artistic and technical craftsmanship. Biscuit porcelain has formed part of Meissen’s production since the 18th century and is particularly suited to relief work, where its soft, marble-like surface enhances sculptural form and detail.
