Bio:
Swedish studio glass in the late 20th century was characterised by experimental techniques and a high degree of artistic freedom. Many paperweights were produced as individual workshop pieces without signatures, with an emphasis on depth, light refraction and internal composition. These works reflect strong craftsmanship and a long-standing tradition within Swedish glassmaking.
