Barovier & Toso is one of the oldest glassmaking houses on Murano, with origins dating back to the 13th century. The company was established in its current form in 1936 and is renowned for combining traditional techniques with innovative design. During the 1980s, the workshop explored colourful and experimental expressions inspired by postmodern design movements.
