Bing & Grøndahl was founded in Copenhagen in 1853 by Frederik Vilhelm Grøndahl and the brothers Meyer Herman Bing and Jacob Herman Bing. The Offenbach service was introduced in 1862 and was later expanded from a coffee service into a dinner service. It is distinguished by its white porcelain and elegant double gold rim.
