Figue of dancing couple in ceramics by Robert Micheau-Vernez (1907-1989) - HENRIOT Quimper. The figure, believed to have been produced around 1950, is called ``DANCERS from PONT-AVEN''. Painted clay group showing a pair of Breton dancers waltzing. Title on the front of the terrace, and signed on the back "R. MICHEAU-VERNEZ". Made at "HENRIOT/ QUIMPER/ 145", which is evident from the base. Do have a small glaze chip on the tip of one of her shoes. Otherwise in good condition with no damage or repairs. Measures:. H. 33 cm The base measures 13.5 x 13.5 cm.
