This is a large and well made model with a larger foot.
Wellington is seen in Holmegaard's catalog already in 1853 and is produced from 1867 as a full glass series of 12 sizes. The glass is manufactured until the mid-1920s.
Wellington is made in this cut version, which is semi-faceted, and a smooth version. Both are with a thick bottom and button on the stem.
This glass is with polished pontil indicating that it is before 1880.
