Marked from 1853-1894.
Beautiful so-called "Lion pitcher" from Bing & Grondahl.

The model was originally intended for punch or cocoa.

It is decorated with beautiful gold edges that are with natural wear, see the handle.
On both sides it is painted in overglaze with purple violets.

The jug has its original lid.
