Table lamp with four-sided shade in cut clear crystal glass, mounted on a brass base. Shade formed by four square prismatic glass panels joined at the center.
H. 16 cm. D. 10 cm.
Marked with original factory metal label with black print “Orrefors Sweden”.
Condition: Light patina to the brass, glass in good condition. Original electrification with Swedish plug/cord.
Bio: Founded in 1898 in Småland, Orrefors Glasbruk became internationally renowned in the 1920s for its artistic glass production, particularly through designers such as Simon Gate, Edward Hald, and later Carl Fagerlund, who created a range of crystal lamp designs. Orrefors lamps combine the clarity and light-refraction of glass with functionalist brass details and remain sought-after collector’s items today.
