Bio:
Carl-Harry Stålhane was one of Sweden’s most important ceramic artists of the 20th century. Working for Rörstrand from 1939 and later serving as artistic director in the 1950s, he combined sculptural form with sophisticated glaze techniques and serene Scandinavian aesthetics. His work remains central to the evolution of Swedish modernist stoneware.
