Bio:
Gunvor Olin-Grönqvist (1928–2005) was a key figure in Arabia’s design department from the 1950s to the 1990s. Her work ranges from folk-art inspired decoration to modern graphic expression, often defined by freehand line drawings and warm colour palettes. Arabia in the 1970s embraced strong artistic identities and functional forms, and Olin-Grönqvist’s designs are today sought-after collectible pieces.
