Organically shaped mouth-blown bowl in light blue, almost transparent glass with thick walls and softly rounded contours, typical of Scandinavian glass design of the period.

Scandinavian glass design in the 1970s was characterised by organic forms, coloured glass and a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and material expression. Many glassworks, particularly in Sweden and Finland, produced heavy, sculptural pieces in limited series, making them highly collectible today.
