Bio:
Introduced in 1775, Blue Fluted Plain is Royal Copenhagen’s oldest service. Inspired by Chinese blue-and-white porcelain, the pattern is distinguished by its disciplined composition and finely hand-painted decoration. Small table accessories such as salt and pepper sets were an integral part of table settings around 1900 and are today highly sought after by collectors, particularly early and complete examples.
