Bio:
Anna Siek creates her works in both graphic art and painting or sculptural techniques. The subject matter of her work concerns nature, the world around us, seemingly ordinary phenomena; also personal experiences and emotions. She graduated in 1999 at the Department of Graphics at the Art Institute in Kankaanpää, in Finland, where she obtained her diploma in lithography studio of prof. Anna Alapuro. In 2001 she obtained her master's degree diploma at the Department of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow – in the copperplate workshop of prof. Stanisław Wejman. She presented her works at many individual and group exhibitions in Poland and abroad. Lives and works in Siedlec near Krakow, where her artistic studio is located.
