Bio:
Mdina Glass was founded in 1968 in Malta by British glass artist Michael Harris (1933–1998). The glassworks quickly gained international recognition for its bold forms, deep colours, and influences drawn from both the Mediterranean landscape and Scandinavian studio glass. Production from the 1970s is especially sought after and includes both signed and unsigned pieces, with a strong emphasis on form, colour interplay, and material presence.
