Bio:
Nils Thorsson (1898–1975) was a Swedish-Danish ceramicist and designer who worked for Royal Copenhagen and Aluminia. He became artistic director in 1949 and is known for refined decorative series such as Baca and Tenera. His work combines traditional craftsmanship with a modern design language and is considered central to mid-20th-century Danish ceramics.
