Bio:
Ulrica Hydman-Vallien (1938–2018) was one of Sweden’s most prominent glass and ceramic artists. Educated at Konstfack in Stockholm, she achieved international acclaim through her work for Kosta Boda from the 1970s onward, where her bold visual language and vivid decorative motifs featuring nature, faces and symbolism became defining elements of modern Swedish glass design
