Bio:
Bing & Grøndahl was founded in Copenhagen in 1853 by sculptor Frederik Vilhelm Grøndahl (1820–1883) together with brothers Meyer Hermann Bing (1807–1883) and Jacob Herman Bing (1808–1896). The company gained international recognition for its porcelain figurines, often depicting animals with remarkable realism and finely modelled details. Today, Bing & Grøndahl figurines remain among the most sought-after examples of Danish porcelain art.
