Large circular bowl in glazed faience with a marbled glaze in blue, pink, beige and white tones. Marked Arabia Finland on the base. A decorative example of Finnish ceramics from the mid-twentieth century.

Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear.
Bio:
Arabia was founded in Helsinki in 1873 and became Finland’s leading manufacturer of art pottery and domestic ceramics. Throughout the twentieth century the company collaborated with some of the most important Nordic designers and gained international recognition for its high craftsmanship, innovative glazes and timeless design.
