Bio:
Sylvia Leuchovius (1915–2003) was a Swedish ceramic artist and designer who worked for Rörstrand from 1949 to 1971. She is particularly known for her artistic stoneware works, reliefs and sculptural forms featuring rich glazes and organic decoration. Her work represents some of the most significant contributions to Swedish ceramic art in the post-war period.
