Lyngby Porcelain was one of Denmarks most important porcelain manufacturers, producing a wide range of functional and modern porcelain between 1936 and 1969. Danild was one of the factorys trademarks, used for collections featuring simple forms and decorative patterns that reflected the principles of mid-century Danish design. Today, the factorys production is highly regarded among collectors of Danish porcelain.
