Set of four elegant champagne glasses in green glass with tall bowls and decoratively shaped stems. The glasses are from the “Salut” series.

Bio:
Simon Gate (1883–1945) was a Swedish painter, glass artist and designer who joined Orrefors in 1916. Together with Edward Hald, he played a central role in the development of Orrefors art glass and in establishing the international reputation of Swedish glass design. Gate worked with both art glass and functional objects and is particularly known for his refined forms and decorative glass techniques.
