Elegant globular stoneware vase with a ribbed body and slender neck, finished in a characteristic turquoise crystalline glaze. The model was designed by Svend Hammershøi for Kähler and retains its original Kähler factory sticker.

Bio:
Svend Hammershøi (1873–1948) was one of Denmark's most influential ceramic designers. He joined Kähler in 1893 and created a series of iconic vases and vessels distinguished by harmonious proportions, vertical fluting, and refined glazes. His work is among the most sought-after examples of Danish art pottery and played a significant role in establishing Kähler's international reputation.
