Bio:
Kjell Blomberg (1931–1989) was a Swedish designer educated at Konstfack in Stockholm. He worked for Upsala Ekeby, Gabriel Keramik and Gullaskruf Glassworks, where he created some of the factory's most recognisable pressed glass series from the 1950s onward. His designs are known for their geometric clarity, functional elegance and everyday usability, making his work highly sought after by collectors of Scandinavian glass today.
