Elegant set of six coffee cups with matching saucers in Royal Copenhagens iconic Blue Fluted Full Lace pattern. Model 1/1038 with hand-painted cobalt blue decoration and intricately pierced lace borders. Second quality, cancelled with one incised line.

Royal Copenhagen was founded in 1775 under the royal patronage of Queen Dowager Juliane Marie. The factory is internationally renowned for its hand-painted porcelain, especially the Blue Fluted service introduced at the companys founding. The Full Lace version represents the most elaborate interpretation of the pattern, distinguished by its hand-pierced lacework and exceptional craftsmanship carried out by the factorys most skilled artisans.
