Elegant set of two Danish pewter candlesticks with circular bases and slender, vertically fluted stems. Model 2574, a classic Just Andersen design with a simple and geometric expression.

Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear. One of the candlesticks is slightly crooked.
Bio:
Just Andersen (1884–1943) was a Danish sculptor, silversmith and designer, renowned for his decorative works in materials including pewter, bronze and diskometal. He established his own workshop in Copenhagen and became a significant figure in Danish decorative arts during the interwar period. His work often combines classical proportions with the geometric design language of the period. Model 2574 is documented as one of his candlestick designs from the 1930s.
