Bio:
Just Andersen (1884–1943) was a Danish silversmith, sculptor and designer, born in Godhavn, Greenland. He trained as a decorative sculptor and later studied at the Royal Academy of Art. In 1918, he established the Just Andersen company with his wife Alba. He created numerous functional and decorative objects and became an important representative of Danish classicising functionalism during the first half of the 20th century.
