Key holder and two wallets in brown coated canvas with the LV monogram and stylised floral motifs. Featuring reddish-brown interiors and press-stud closures. The key holder contains six metal key hooks.
Origin: France.
Material: Coated canvas, leather and metal.
Dimensions: W. 9–11 cm, L. 6–18 cm.
Period: 1970s/80s.
Condition: Signs of use, with wear to edges and interiors. One wallet has splits and separating material inside, as shown in the second photograph.
Bio:
Louis Vuitton was founded in Paris in 1854, initially specialising in trunks and travel goods. In 1896, the founder’s son, Georges Vuitton, introduced the distinctive pattern combining LV initials with stylised floral motifs. It became one of the house’s most recognisable signatures, appearing on bags, wallets and key holders.
