Bio:
The Dala horse is a traditional Swedish wooden figure originating in the province of Dalarna. Initially carved as a children’s toy, it developed into a widely recognised symbol of Swedish folk art. The tradition includes brightly patterned horses, more simply painted versions and functional objects such as candle holders.
