Vintage black Montblanc number 254 fountain pen from the 1950s. Made in Germany. Piston ink filler. In good condition with no damage or repairs. Ready to be used. All original parts for this fountain pen, i.a. 14 carat 585 gold tip. L. 13,5 cm.

THIS FOUNTAIN PEN IS ALSO CALLED THE "KAREN BLIXEN MODEL" BECAUSE BARONESS KAREN VON BLIXEN-FINECKE, BEST KNOWN FOR BEING A DANISH POET, AUTHOR AND HISTORY TELLER IN THE MID 20TH CENTURY, USED A MONTBLANC FOUNTAIN SIMILAR TO THIS ONE . EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE AND COLOR (ALSO MADE IN A BRUGUNDY VERSION). THIS MODEL IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN A SMALLER VERSION (NO. 252) AND A LARGE VERSION (NO. 256).
