Decorative porcelain dish with polychrome famille rose enamel decoration. The motif features flowers and vases surrounded by colorful borders in pink, blue, yellow, and green. Marked in red on the underside.

Dimensions: H. 5 cm. D. 30.5 cm.

A decorative example of Chinese porcelain artistry with rich colors and the classic famille rose style.

Short bio:
Famille rose (fencai) porcelain was developed during the Qing dynasty in the 18th century and is characterized by soft pink, purple, and yellow overglaze enamels. The style quickly became popular in both China and the West and remained one of the most widespread decoration patterns well into the 20th century.
