Bio:
Åke Holm (1900–1980) was a Swedish ceramicist and visual artist, trained at Höganäs. He became especially known for his monumental stoneware works and his highly expressive woodcuts, frequently portraying biblical and religious subjects. Today, his graphic works are sought-after collector’s items, reflecting a powerful and personal artistic vision.
