Bio:
Gösta Sigvard (born 1939) is a Swedish glass artist and designer, recognised for his refined use of colour transitions and solid glass forms. He worked with Lindshammars glasbruk, a glassworks founded in 1826 that gained international recognition in the mid-20th century for high-quality modern art glass. Sigvard’s works from the 1960s demonstrate confident control of colour layering and proportion and are considered characteristic examples of Swedish glass design from this period.
