Bio:
Royal Copenhagen was founded in 1775 in Copenhagen under the patronage of Queen Dowager Juliane Marie. The factory quickly became renowned for its high-quality hand-painted porcelain. The Blue Fluted pattern was introduced in the factory’s earliest years and remains one of the most iconic porcelain decorations in Danish design history. Each piece is individually painted by skilled porcelain painters, making every example unique.
