Tapio Wirkkala for Iittala, set of three bowls Hopla series.
Set of three smaller pressed glass bowls featuring a distinctive organic texture and refined circular relief pattern. The design creates a beautiful interplay of light in the glass and represents a classic example of Finnish glass design. Hopla model in clear glass.

Origin: Finland.
Designer: Tapio Wirkkala.

Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear.

Bio:
Tapio Wirkkala (1915–1985) was one of Finland’s most important designers and a central figure in Scandinavian modernism. He worked across glass, ceramics, metal, and graphic design and is especially known for his collaboration with Iittala. His organic design language, often inspired by nature, has made his work iconic in international design history.
