Bio:
Irma Yourstone (1925–2011) was a Swedish ceramic artist and designer who worked for Upsala Ekeby from the 1950s through the 1970s. She is particularly known for her decorative stoneware vases featuring bold relief decoration, organic motifs and architectural forms. Her work is an important part of Swedish modernist ceramics and remains highly sought after by collectors of Scandinavian design.
