Bio:
Henning Koppel (1918–1981) was one of Denmarks most influential designers and sculptors. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and began collaborating with Georg Jensen in 1945. Koppel became renowned for his soft, organic forms, which shaped Danish design across silver, stainless steel, porcelain and industrial products. His work remains among the most celebrated examples of Scandinavian design.
