Elegant pen tray, model LB 1808, crafted in bronze with a rectangular form, gently raised sides, and a beautiful dark patina. Marked on the underside.

Bio:
Just Andersen (1884–1943) was a Danish sculptor, designer, and silversmith. In 1918 he established his own workshop in Copenhagen, where he developed the patented alloy known as Disko metal for a wide range of decorative and functional objects. His distinctive Art Deco-inspired designs, combining elegant simplicity with exceptional craftsmanship, have made his work enduring icons of Danish decorative arts.
