Ib Fabiansen designed Tema I for the Danish lighting manufacturer Fog & Mørup in 1966. The lamp’s construction of vertical wooden slats is characteristic of Scandinavian design of the period, combining natural materials, geometric forms and warm, indirect light in a functional yet decorative design.
