These regulations may be changed by the system administrator with no prior warning. Changes are announced on this webpage, and the versionnumber is then changed. Bidder, Buyer and Seller are under the obligation to keep themselve updated, by regular visits to this page.
The participants in a deal is:

  • Seller
  • The system administrator
Legaly the agreement to buy & sell is made between buyer and seller. The system administrator is without any legal responsibility towards any of the parties regarding the agreement and its performance.
These regulations may be suplemented by specific regulations for internet auction from each individual seller.

Bidder & Buyer
Bidder must register with correct information. Bidder is fully liable for any bid placed from his account, regardless if a bid is placed on behalf of a 3rd. party.
Buyer is that bidder who has the item knocked down to him.
Buyer receives information from seller regarding payment and pickup or transportation, no later than 3 working days after the auction ended. Terms of payment may vary from one seller to another, and where nothing else is agreed, buyer must ensure that payment is received by seller no later than 10 workingdays after seller issued the invoice to the buyer. Seller is allowed to bill interest on overdue payments with up to 2% per month started.
I the case that:
* Buyer does not pay latest 30 days after invoice has been issued
* Buyer does not pick up the item on agreed date
the seller may cancel the deal and sell the item on buyers risk.

Autobid Bidder can place autobids in this internetauction. The autobid is only activated when another bidder is raising an existing bid. An autobid is placed by bidding a higher amount than the one stated as "next bid". Bidder may raise his own bid after having placed an autobid.

Price and payment
VAT: The knock-down price is always inclusive of VAT (with exception of coins traded in Norway)

In the case an item is for sale under special vat-rules for used items, the knock-down price is inclusive of this vat.
Buyers fee may vary from on seller to another and even from one item to another, but will allways be clearly stated on the informationpage for each item. The fee is inclusive of VAT and is calculated from the knock-down price, with the stated percentage.

Freight or pick up
Buyers price is based on him picking up the item from sellers address of business. Seller may choose to offer to arrange shipment to buyers address, and may - if this is the case - then choose to charge buyer the shipment cost upon prior agreement to do so. Seller can choose to ship the item on buyers risk, also upon prior agreement to do so.

CopyDan
In the cases that buyer further must pay a fee to the Copy-Dan organisation, this will be announced in the description of the item in the field "message from seller".

Right of cancellation:
If buyer has registret as a private buyers and if buyer is registret with an address in Denmark, then he is entitled to a 14 days right of cancellation, according to the Danish "Sale of Goods Act". The 14 days period starts from the day of the arrival of the goods.
If exercising this right, you are requested to contact the seller, before you return the goods.
When returned to the seller, the goods must be in same condition and number as when received by the customer, and the buyer must pay the shipping costs of the return.

Seller

Item descriptions
Seller is obliged to give accurate and true information regarding the item, which further in most cases will be illustrated by one or more photos.
Seller is responsible for issuing correct invoice to buyer and payment is performed directly from buyer to seller.

The system administrator
The system administrator is the company: netordre.dk who runs the technique behind the internet auction: auction.worldantique.net
Netordre.dk has developed, manitains and supports the programs behind the auction, and Netordre.dk is also responsible for the marketing of this joined auction.
The system administrator (or seller) is entitled to reques documentation for bidders ability to pay.
The system administrator (or seller) is entitle to exclude a bidder from the auction by closing the bidders account. This will for example happen when the access is used for exploitation of the system, if buyer does not pay in due time or if bidder has registret with false information.
The system administrator is not liable for any loss, neither from buyer nor from seller of any kind, this also includes system error, system break-down and system running slow due to overload.
However, system administrator will at any time work hard and loyal to ensure a good an stable webserver environment, in order to minimize the risc of systemfailure or errors.

Should buyer or seller, in spite of this renouncement of responsibility, decide to involve the system administrator in a legal dispute, then the buyer/seller in question is fully liable for all costs, imposed the system administrator.
