English/Scottish cream colored earthenware jug, 20th century Hand painted with polychrome decoration from an inn. Hank decorated with thistles. Underneath playing maschine performance with the song Auld Lang Syne. The side decorated with the lyrics of the song. Stamped. H.: 17 cm.
The song is one of the most sung New Year's songs. Or in Danish: Skuld old venskab rejn forgo by Jeppe Aakjær.
Maschine was not working at the time of registration.
