German stoneware mug, 18th century, Baroque. Light stoneware with light brown salt glaze. With pewter lid with medallion from 1774 "By your virtues you shall prevail". Stamped inside. Lid decorated with foliage. H.: 19 cm.
Really nice condition!
Provenance: Given from Professor Morville to another doctor in farewell, County Hospital, Aarhus.
