Ingrid Atterberg (1920–2008) was a Swedish ceramicist and designer, best known for her work at Upsala Ekeby between 1944 and 1963. She introduced technical innovations such as manganese clay and new chamotte techniques. Her style evolved from floral motifs to bold, modernist patterns. Notable series include Grafika, Negro, and Mimosa. After leaving Ekeby, she continued as a studio artist in Uppsala and also created public ceramic installations. Today, she is regarded as one of the leading female figures in 20th-century Swedish ceramics.
