Jérôme Massier (1850–1916), also known as Jérôme Massier fils, was a leading figure in Vallauris ceramics, hailing from the renowned Massier family. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, he produced artistic majolica and barbotine wares featuring vibrant colors, animal and floral motifs, and metallic glazes. Alongside his cousins Clément and Delphin, he pioneered the shift from utilitarian pottery to artistic, Art Nouveau styles . His boldly modeled natural forms and rich coloration have made his works highly collectible and representative of the Vallauris ceramic movement.
