Olle Alberius (1926–1993) was a Swedish ceramicist, glass artist, and designer who played an important role in 20th-century Swedish applied arts. He was educated at Konstfack in Stockholm and worked for several prominent design companies, including Orrefors and Rörstrand.
At Rörstrand, where he began working in 1963, Alberius created both unique studio pieces and mass-produced dinnerware. He blended functionality with an artistic sensibility, often inspired by nature and Nordic aesthetics. His designs were known for their clean, refined forms and subtle glazes. One of his most notable dinnerware lines for Rörstrand is "Kulinara", which balanced decorative elements with everyday practicality. Alberius' contributions helped strengthen Rörstrand’s reputation in modern Scandinavian design.
