Bio: Nils Kähler (1906–1979) was the fourth generation of the Kähler family in Næstved and played a central role in the development of the workshop’s modern stoneware in the mid-20th century. He combined raw textured surfaces with experimental glazes in vivid colors and is today regarded as one of Denmark’s most recognized stoneware artists.
