Bio:
Founded in 1775, Royal Copenhagen is one of the world’s most renowned porcelain manufactories. The “Blue Flower” pattern was introduced in the late 18th century as a free floral motif inspired by European Rococo. Produced in several versions—Curved, Basketweave, and Angular—the rare editions with applied gilding were often made as special orders and are today highly sought after among collectors.
