Bio:
Åke Holm (1900–1980) was a key figure in Swedish ceramics and applied arts of the 20th century. Based in Höganäs, he created unique stoneware works inspired by biblical stories, classical mythology, and natural forms. Alongside his ceramics, he also produced woodcuts and lithographs, today sought after by collectors for their unique blend of simplicity and spiritual power.
