Bio:
Åke Holm (1900–1980) was a Swedish ceramicist and artist, considered one of the most distinctive figures in 20th-century Swedish studio pottery and graphic art. Based in Höganäs throughout his career, he created unique stoneware sculptures and woodcuts with religious, mythological, and folkloric themes. Today, his works are represented in several Nordic museums and are highly sought after by collectors.
