Secla was a renowned Portuguese ceramics manufacturer, founded in 1947 in Caldas da Rainha. The production included both decorative and utilitarian ceramics, often inspired by natural forms and colors. During the 1960s and 70s, Secla became especially well known for its majolica pieces in organic shapes, including the iconic cabbage leaf plates, which are now sought-after collector’s items.
