Bio:
Royal Copenhagen was founded in 1775 under the patronage of Queen Juliane Marie and is renowned for its hand-painted porcelain series. The “Saxon Flower” pattern, introduced in the late 18th century, was inspired by contemporary botanical engravings. It quickly became one of the manufactory’s most popular decorations, and the finely executed lidded jars are among the particularly sought-after collector’s items today.
